Spaghetti with Meatballs

Spaghetti with Meatballs

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 jar (24 ounces) marinara sauce
  • 1 pound spaghetti
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, onion, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well.
  3. Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  4. Brown meatballs in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. Pour marinara sauce over meatballs.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until meatballs are cooked through.
  7. Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
  8. Drain spaghetti and add to meatballs and sauce.
  9. Top with Parmesan cheese.
